KEY RESPONSIBILTIIES
- The primary role of the position is to support the business with the execution, management, monitoring, and reporting of ESG projects, initiatives and workstreams.
- Support the executive team in the implementation, and reporting of the environmental/sustainability strategy, policies, and procedures.
- Support the executive team in the implementation, and reporting of the corporate social responsibility strategy, policies, and procedures.
- Support the executive team in the reporting of the corporate governance strategy, policies, procedures, business management systems/protocols and data management/document control.
- Support the preparation of guidelines, checklists, policies, procedures, and other related ESG content, to align with industry best practice and accreditation requirements.
- Support the design, layout and narrative content of reports and communications.
- Research and monitor industry wide topics relating to corporate social responsibility, sustainability, environmental, and other ESG topics. Advise management of the same.
- Support benchmarking studies on ESG programs and performance, and rankings among other companies, with corresponding data collection and analysis on industry research.
- Engage with internal and external teams to manage, collate, and report performance data across the business and from individual developments/projects for internal and external stakeholder reporting.
- Support the process of achieving business and development accreditations through assembling, preparing, and submitting required information and managing such workstreams.
- Perform various administrative tasks as needed.

BONUS EXPERIENCE
- Previous experience in an ESG advisory or monitoring role,
- Experience with various ESG certifications; including Home Quality Mark, BREEAM New Construction / In Use, Fitwel.
- Experience with the submission of GRESB applications.
