Investment Manager


An opportunity to join a market leading developer and operator in a strategic role at a time of significant growth.

The Investment Manager will be responsible for working with the company’s existing partners to fund residential development schemes across the UK. The role is focussed on executing existing opportunities, working closely with internal and external stakeholders to meet business objectives.


Project Funding

  • Working closely with acquisition, development and project teams to progress sites through the funding process.
    • Identify risks, opportunities and options for funding
    • Prepare funding packs and coordinate advisors
    • Review challenging appraisals and assumptions
  • Ensuring that assets are introduced to funders in line with platform arrangements
    • Work closely with acquisition team on the introduction of new opportunities and financial performance thereof
    • Coordinate the provision of information to funders efficiently and consistently
  • Managing funding process to close:
    • Coordinating project team
    • Key point of contact with investor and their representatives
    • Deal tracking and ensuring milestones are met
  • Review and prepare board reports as necessary

Asset Management

  • Oversight and management of internal, investor and bank reporting on a project and portfolio level, including key point of contact on an ongoing basis
  • Attending and chairing regular asset management and investment meetings with funders
  • Engaging with debt and equity funding markets to keep up to date with movements and introduce funding options to investors


  • Numerate & analytical
  • Strong communication skills, personable and ability to build relationships
  • Project management / coordination and attention to detail
  • Excel skills and familiarity
  • Experience of acquisition, disposal, financing, funding and structuring of transactions [ideally in commercial property]
