2020 sees a new category of awards added for 'lockdown cuisine'. We the public can vote for our faves... the awards still go on!
The city virtually united over the last few months. The hospitality industry stepped up with cook-a-longs, chef demonstrations, Q and As, virtual wine tastings and masterclasses. Manchester supported, as did Moda! The award we're sponsoring is... 'best online 'at home' food and drink content.' clap clap

2020 sees the the 23rd Manchester Food and Drink Festival taking place from 24th September - 5th October. Albeit, slightly different, but still a food lovers heaven.

Head chef, Joseph Otway, ex-Head Chef of 'Where The Light Gets In' in Stockport and 'ex-Relæ' in Copenhagen and front of house, Richard Cossin, are a duo you want in your friendship group. These guys get flown around the world to deliver their unique dining experience
Supporting growers and producers they are passionate about, purchasing fresh North-West ingredients, Manchester brewed beer, and natural wine.

Higher Ground, have taken residency especially for MFDF! Move over 20 stories, at 100m high, this pop up steals the title of Manchester's dining space!
Saturday evening sold out in less than 24 hours! throw hands up We even put on an extra evening for the one-off chance to dine in the stunning setting of the penthouse and capture one of the most iconic shots of the city.
Welcome drinks with a view, as the sun sets. A four course meal served using fresh North- West produce with paired wines to accompany, of course!
