Dogs, cats and other small pets are welcome in our pet-friendly apartments at no extra cost. You can move in with your companion straight away or decide to get one later in your tenancy. Just let our residents' team know.

You bet. We offer secure, on-site car parking for residents, taking the stress out of city centre parking. Prefer to get around on two wheels? If so, we also have handy cycle storage for you to use. Check with our team for the latest availability and prices.

You'll be required to pay a deposit before moving into one of our homes at The McEwan. We have two options for you to choose from:
• Pay a deposit of five weeks' rent upfront, which you'll get back once your tenancy ends, subject to the terms of your agreement.
• A deposit of five weeks' rent, which is non-refundable.

• Explore our apartments in Edinburgh online and pick the one that's perfect for you.
• Secure your chosen apartment with a £200 reservation fee, which is then deducted from your first month's rent.
• We'll ask for a few details and guide you through our simple online referencing checks.
• Once everything is approved, our team will get in touch to arrange your move-in day and welcome you to The McEwan community!
