You'll need to put down a deposit to secure one of our flats in Leeds city centre. To make things simple, you can choose from one of the following options:

• Pay a deposit of five weeks' rent, which is fully refundable at the end of your tenancy.
• Pay a smaller, non-refundable deposit of one week's rent.

• Find your ideal apartment for rent in Leeds.
• Once you're ready, you can reserve it for £200. This will be deducted from your first month's rent. Otherwise, enquire online to find out more information.
• Give us the details of anyone who is going to be living in your apartment, before completing a standard referencing form.
• Once we've got everything we need, we'll talk you through move-in arrangements and help you settle into your new Leeds apartment.
