The Intermediate Rent scheme, allows us to offer a selection of our high-quality homes at a reduced rent – making it more accessible to eligible residents. Homes provided on this scheme meet the same level of style, quality and service along with access to the neighbourhoods state-of-the-art amenities.

To be eligible, you must meet the following criteria:

Be aged 18 or over.

Have the right to live and work in the UK.

Use the home as your main residence.

Not currently own a home (unless you can’t live in it for valid reasons).

Have a gross household income under £58,000 per year.

Meet affordability criteria based on your income, benefits, or pension.

Include all intended occupants in your application.

Student loans, bursaries and grants will not be considered.

Guarantors are not accepted.

A selection of beautifully designed one, two and three-bed homes are offered at discounted rent for eligible applicants.

Yes, your households minimum annual income must be equal to at least 30x the monthly advertised rent.

Yes. Joint applications are welcome. Your combined gross annual income must not exceed £58,000, and both applicants must meet all criteria.
