Where Moda Life Limited holds client money on behalf of customers, those funds are protected through the Propertymark Client Money Protection Scheme, providing an additional layer of protection and reassurance.

How this applies across our neighbourhoods

Moda operates a number of neighbourhoods under different ownership and management structures.

Where Moda Life Limited is responsible for holding client money, the Propertymark Client Money Protection Scheme applies.

For neighbourhoods where payments are made directly to a property owner or another legal entity, different financial arrangements are in place. In these cases, client money is not held by Moda Life Limited and therefore falls outside the scope of the Propertymark Client Money Protection Scheme. This does not affect the security of your payments, which continue to be managed in accordance with the applicable legal, contractual and regulatory requirements for that neighbourhood.
