Bank holiday plans? We’ve got you covered. Working in collaboration with New Citizens and Leeds City Council, we’ve created the biggest outdoor event space in Leeds! Based in an area which Moda is in the process of developing, we welcomed 14,000 attendees last year - and it’s back for 2024 and bigger than ever!
FAC51 by Soak and New Citizens. Line-up includes global dance music legend Louie Vega, superstars David Morales and Todd Terry. Dave Lee JN (‘Joey Negro’) will play an exclusive house and garage set, while resident DJs Graeme Park, DJ Paulette, K-Klass, Jon Dasilva, Tom Wainwright along with Soak DJs Ralph Lawson and Marshall complete the line-up.

Wildlife Photographer of the Year

The world-renowned Wildlife Photographer of the Year exhibition is on loan from the Natural History Museum in London and currently showing just down the road at the Herbert Gallery in Coventry.
Featuring exceptional images which capture fascinating animal behaviour spectacular species and the breath-taking diversity of the natural world, the Wildlife Photographer of the Year is the most prestigious photography event of its kind, providing a global platform that showcases some of the best photography talent from around the world.

Carters Pop Up

The Michelin-starred restaurant and duo, Brad and Holly Carter, are
relocating Carters to Birmingham’s city centre. From February to May diners can join the duo at the private members club, Eighteen at 103 on Colmore Row with a Chef’s Table experience in the boardroom. Guests can expect the UK’s highest-quality produce in a multi course format with expertly paired drinks, complemented by breath-taking views.
Carters at Eighteen will be open for Friday dinner service, Saturday Lunch and dinner service, Sunday dinner service, and Monday dinner service with the possibility of reserving the space for private hire on request.

The Belzan Supper Club series continues for 2024. After welcoming the likes of Another Hand, The Pack Horse, Butcher Farrell and John Chantarasak last year, they have alot to live up to but the Belzan boys have promised another stellar line up of takeovers for this year and they’ve not let us down so far!

SoFar Sounds hosts a series of intimate gigs in one-of-a-kind venues, where details of the show remain under wraps until just a few hours before the event. The event is all about providing unique live music experiences which celebrates the emerging artists and incredible spaces. Exact details of the event are announced 36 hours before the event. Before then, many of the events just state the part of the city where they will take place, such as ‘City Centre’ or ‘The Lanes’. They also have gigs coming up in specific venues like Pizza Pilgrims and the Sea Lanes. Ticket prices vary depending on the location and the event, but they’re normally around £15.

Brighton Marathon
7th April

The UK’s third largest marathon, this vibrant and welcoming Brighton event is hosted on the first weekend of April. The flat, PB-friendly route winds through the heart of Brighton and Hove, taking in many of the city’s parks, famous sights, and picturesque shoreline. What really sets this marathon apart, though, is the incredible community support throughout the course, making it an ideal event for both seasoned runners and newcomers alike. The race finishes on the seafront, where runners can ease their sore legs by taking part in the tradition of diving into the sea at the end, or at least dip those toes in.

Bonnie & Wild’s Ceilidhs

Perfect if you’re on the new year fitness train; taking place on the last Thursday of every month, Bonnie & Wild’s White Heather Club ceilidhs are a fun evening of Scottish country dancing. Be prepared to whirl, twirl and birl away to the likes of the Gay Gordons, Dashing White Sergeant and Strip the Willow.

Manchester residents were able to catch this world renowned show last year, now it’s the turn of Edinburgh as Festival Theatre, plays host to the multi award winning masterpiece; Hamilton. Centred around the story of America’s founding father Alexander Hamilton, the production boasts both an incredible musical score and choreography.

Murder Mystery Supper Club
26th April – Murder on the Dance Floor!
Singl-End Café

Play detective for the evening and enjoy a 3-course meal in the process at the Singl-End cafe.
This is a supper club with a difference - you’re dining with a murderer who’ll commit the crime right in the middle of your dinner. It’s then up to the diner to solve the crime assessing the scene, inspecting the evidence and interrogating fellow diners and witnesses.
