Casa by Moda welcomes its first residents

We’ve completed phase one of our first residential neighbourhood in the UK!

With residents already moving into the first 31 houses, and a further 85 homes to be delivered over the next 12 months, Casa, Vista Park, signals a significant change to the rental market in Glasgow, as it marks the first time that the single family housing model has been offered in the city.

Since reservations went live, Casa by Moda has already had over 1,700 rental enquiries, with applications now being considered for the second phase of development.

Sarah Nelson, Director of Operations at Casa by Moda commented: “The opening of Casa, Vista Park, couldn’t come at a better time for residents in Glasgow where demand for quality rental properties is far outstripping demand.
