Liverpool Christmas market

Liverpool’s Christmas Market has returned with the backdrop of the magnificent St. Georges Hall. Every year it gets more festive. The main focus being the food. That got your attention, didn’t it… yes, a Yorkshire Pudding Wrap (it's worth battling the crowds for), Scouse pies, all the sugary treats and an entire stall dedicated totally to cheese. Cue the overload of cheesy goodness.

Snow way is that all Liverpool has to offer on the festive front… mulled wine at the infamous Tepee Bar, ride the Ferris wheel. This year’s market also features a ski lodge, with karaoke cable cars and a stall dedicated to crepes and Dutch pancakes. Hello food baby.

Miracle on 34th street

Over this festive period, let your childhood dreams take flight, as you are whisked away into a New York world that sees a man turn every child’s fantasy a reality and makes every adult believe in the magic.

This adaptation of the 20th Century Fox Picture is one you don’t want to miss out on, giving Liverpool all that festive magic.

A classic to rekindle that childhood Christmas at The Everyman and Playhouse Theatre.

£1 million Christmas tree

We get it, we say the words Christmas tree and you instantly doze off wondering how this can be any different to any other Christmas tree. Hold your sleigh… Luxury jewellery designers Boodles took their Christmas tree to a whole new level! To put this into perspective, that’s 200,000 mulled wines from the Christmas Market. It’s spectacular. 20,000 diamonds and 24 glass baubles cover the fur. Clearly, diamonds are Liverpool’s best friend.

Ice festival

A new addition to leave you shivering with glee… Set within the magical Liverpool Waterfront, The Ice Festival will skate you away into a crystal wonderland. It boasts a spectacular ice rink, don’t panic it’s not an audition for ‘Dancing on Ice’, grab your skates and enjoy the frozen fun.

Thrill seeker? Take a ride on the Ice Jet ride… A breath-taking, award-winning ride. The only one in the UK. At 80mph, riders will experience the thrills and twists of being on a bobsleigh racing track. Best before devouring all the delish food.

If that’s not your bag, there’s an array of Christmas markets, giving you all those nostalgic smells of Christmas. tummy rumbles
