Carlisi Bar
Carlisi Bar is a minimal, chic and contemporary new venue where you can enjoy some sensational Italian-themed cocktails! The gold and white bar is set to bring a bit of luxury to your night out, with locally sourced produce in its drinks as well as a wide selection of snacks and sharing platters.

Aether
This new concept bar has recently opened its doors in Liverpool ONE. Brought to the city from the team behind The Alchemist, Aether gives a nod to their original roots, with a focus on cocktails and music. Enjoy the twenty one signature cocktails whilst listening to live music in the immersive performance area. Bliss!

Beer Engine
As the name suggests, the Beer Engine will be all about good beer and real ales with its owners promising visitors will be able to sample the finest pints in the city. This new bar is a modern reinvention of the traditional pub, split into across two levels and dividing the venue into two different atmospheres with a total of 38 beer taps and over 100 fridges.

One to look forward to.. Junkyard Golf
The well-known crazy golf bar is opening its fifth location in Liverpool ONE, set to launch early in 2019 on The Terrace within Liverpool’s shopping and food destination’s dining and leisure area.
The venue will offer three nine-hole courses with its famous fun and unusual designs with props constructed from a batch of reclaimed and reworked parts. From scrapyard slides to a hall of shattered dreams and even a UV disco room! Plus, every hole is a pun, will you be able to work them all out? Whilst competing your way around this unique and twisted course, you’ll be able to stop off at one of the four bars dotted around and enjoy a sweet-themed cocktail too – what more could you want?
