Returning from Thursday 15th- Sunday 18th August. The LGBT festival is pulling out all the stops this year, making it a real sassy showstopper.

With a much larger stomping ground, Glasgow Pride is set to welcome more party-goers than ever before, on its renowned concourse of the Riverside Museum.

Get ready to go big and glow up for the Pride event of the season.

**Don't be a drag, just be a 'Kween' **

Thursday is said to be the new Friday, so why not get your pride party started at the newly launched LGBT club night - ‘Kween’.

Get ready dancing queens, as from 10pm on Thursday 15th, you are invited to experience high camp theatrics. Ultimate carnival delights and, of course, some of the city’s top drag acts in the fabulous pride-themed night. In the famous words of the one and only RuPaul, “let’s sashay the night away”!

March for Pride

Supporting the milestone year for pride, a record number of organisations will be lining the streets. Along with a flurry of bright and beautiful spectators, for the highly anticipated Pride March.

Get raising those flags, launch those party poppers and showcase your best rainbow outfits! As this loud and proud march, will take to the streets early Saturday morning. Groups will begin to assemble at Clyde place from 10:30am, with the march getting into full swing at 11:30am. Making its way through the bustling streets of Glasgow.

The full route will follow the George V Bridge, Oswald Street, Argyle Street, Queen Street, onto George Square, St Vincent Place, St Vincent Street, Renfield Street, Union Street, Jamaica Street, Broomielaw and enter Fast Link.

**Take a Break **

After all that marching, you are bound to need a refreshment or two (or five). Don’t worry we’ve got your back. You don’t have to walk too far for this! Get on board the Renfrew Ferry, only minutes from where the march disperses. This unique venue is ideal for a few drinks, whilst you take in the river views and some fabulous musical entertainment.

Fingers crossed the sun will be shining over Glasgow, so you can head to the deck, top up on that Vit D and catch those rays! Pride at Clyde tickets are still available so if you fancy it, go grab them.

In need of a sweet treat? Head over to Gordon St Coffee where they’ll be serving up an abundance of naughty (obviously, all pride themed!) bites, all baked by Sweet Nothings.

**Pride 'Pups Barket' **

Feeling ‘ruff’ on Sunday? What better way to cure your hangover and end your weekend than with some playful pups.

Barket are hosting Glasgow’s first ever maker’s market, exclusively for dogs this Pride. Bring along your playful pooch and enjoy some much-needed retail therapy, shopping for some super cute rainbow coloured accessories.

Entry is £1 per doggo, which includes a goody bag filled with edible dog treats. And even better, a percentage of all entry proceeds will be donated to LGBTQ + Youth Scotland.

Whatever your plans are to celebrate this weekend… expect lots of colour and a whole lot of pride, and even more love. We can’t wait to take in the sea of rainbow colours, that will take over Glasgow.
