1. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

2. The promoter is offering entrants of this competition a chance to win the ultimate health and wellbeing package. This consists of: health check; personal training at the winner's work or Sadlers Yard; personalised training plan either in person, online or over the phone; nutrition plan; MyProtein; Fitbit Charge

3. To enter for this prize draw, entrants must follow the social media account and tag 1+ person in the comments section on the competition post.

4. Only one entry via one social channel will be accepted per person. Late, misdirected, incomplete or illegible, entries will not be accepted.

5. Entrants must be based in Manchester aged 18 and over. This promotion is not open to any employees of the promoter or any of their affiliate companies, their families, agents or anyone else connected with this prize draw.

6. The competition is open from 14th January 2019 until 12pm on 28th January 2019.

7. There is one prize to be won. The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable and there is no cash alternative offered.

8. The promoter reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of greater or equal value. In the event of circumstances outside the promoter’s reasonable control, the promoter reserves the right to temporarily or permanently, discontinue or modify this promotion without prior notice.

9. Winners will be chosen at random by software unless otherwise stated on the post.

10. The winner will be announced on the post and where possible notified by email and/or DM on Twitter/ Facebook / Instagram within 10 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 28 days of notification, the promotor reserves the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.

11. The promotor will notify the winner when and where the prize can be collected/ is delivered. If any winner declines a prize or fails to respond within the required period, they forfeit any right to the prize. Winners may be required to submit valid identification before receiving their prize.

Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with the current (UK) data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
