Moda Living provides deposit alternative renting across all neighbourhoods as standard, but we understand some residents prefer a traditional deposit option.

We use FlatFair to take you through the process where you will have have two options when renting your Moda home. You can opt to pay a smaller upfront payment of 28% of one months rent (plus VAT) which is non-refundable and then pay for any damages at the end of your tenancy.

Or, if you prefer, you can select a traditional deposit option of paying 5 weeks rent upfront which is refundable subject to a satisfactory condition check at the end of your tenancy. Please note, if you select the traditional deposit option, your deposit will be held for the duration of your tenancy with MyDeposits or TDS.

• We'll ask you to complete a simple referencing form and provide details for all tenants who will be living with you at New York Square.
