We can't wait to smell the coffee
As if Moda, Angel Gardens couldn’t get any better… add in Manchester’s favourite coffee and brunch purveyors Pot Kettle Black.
If you haven't heard of them, where have you been?
Pot Kettle Black has become a much-loved independent in the city since opening its first site back in 2014. After opening a second Spinningfields site in 2018, the owners - professional rugby league stars Mark Flanagan and Jon Wilkin, who play for Salford Devil's and Toronto Wolfpack - have had their sights set on opening a site in the north of the city.
**They know a good thing when they see it... **
Mark Flanagan: ‘We have long held aspirations to open another site in the city. With Noma bordering home of the independents, the Northern Quarter, and food and drink hot spot of the moment, Ancoats, Moda Angel Gardens has become the most sought-after new address in the city. With their best in class facilities, community focus and passion for health and wellbeing we knew Moda Angel Gardens was the perfect spot for Pot Kettle Black’.
It's not just about the coffee
Moda, Angel Gardens is a building built for a sense of community. It's the exciting new neighbourhood in Manchester.
In keeping with the community feel, the new Pot Kettle Black venue will host weekly events and get togethers. From book clubs to brunches, the third Pot Kettle Black site aspires to be a spot in the city where individuals come together to meet, connect and enjoy each other’s company.
Expect yoga brunch club on the rooftop terrace, coffee workshops, delicious dinner dishes and a crafted cocktail and drinks menu. Espresso martinis are a must.
It's official
