• Offer available exclusively to attendees of the Moda, Hove Central Open House event on Thursday 16 October 2025.
• Must reserve a Moda, Hove Central apartment within the specified timeframe after the event (48 hours or within 7 days).
• Move-in must be completed before 30 November 2025.
• Offer applies to new residents only entering into a minimum 12-month lease.
• This offer cannot be redeemed against any apartments that already have an incentive or promotion in place.
• This offer does not include utilities, parking, or other charges beyond base rent.
• The rent credit will be applied to the resident’s rent account once move-in has been successfully completed and tenancy has commenced.
• Offer is non-transferable and has no cash value.
• Offer cannot be combined with any other promotional offer unless explicitly stated. This includes Discount Market Rent apartments, ‘% off’ incentives, and any other rent-free offers.
• Offer is subject to availability and may be withdrawn or modified at any time without prior notice.
• Offer valid for one use per tenancy and for new lets only.
• Offer not valid on tenancy renewals.

• Must have a valid NHS ID and show as proof at viewing.
• Rent credit is dependent on the reservation date:  you must successfully pass referencing or agree terms to continue with move in, entering into a new tenancy agreement .
• Not applicable to apartments or houses at Casa by Moda.

• One months rent credit will be added to your ’rent account’.
• The rent credit is applied to your account on the first full months’ rent for Moda's England based neighbourhoods.

• Applicants must successfully pass Moda’s referencing and qualification criteria, including having a valid right to rent in England. (criteria can be found on the T&C’s page of our website)
• Offer applies only to the first 6 months of a tenancy agreement where rent will revert back to full market rent price on month 7.

Offer Description
4 weeks’ free rent when entering into a minimum 12-month Assured Shorthold Tenancy at selected apartments in Embassy Boulevard.
The rent concession is applied as a promotional incentive and is not a permanent reduction to the contractual rent.

Eligibility
a. Offer is available to new residents only and applies to selected apartments at Embassy Boulevard.
b. A minimum 12-month tenancy agreement must be entered into for the offer to apply.

Application of Concession
a. The 4 weeks’ free rent will be applied as one rent-free period at the start of the first full month of the tenancy, unless otherwise confirmed in writing prior to lease commencement.
b. The contractual monthly rent displayed on the Moda Living website will be shown at full rent, without application of the concession. Marketing materials, property portals and other promotional channels may display an equivalent discounted monthly figure, which reflects the 4 weeks’ free rent averaged across the full 12-month tenancy term.
c. The contractual rent payable, the method of applying the rent concession and the rent-free period will be clearly confirmed at reservation and set out within the tenancy agreement, which will take precedence over all marketing materials.

Conditions
a. Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions, incentives, or discounts unless explicitly stated.
b. Offer is non-transferable, has no cash alternative and applies only once per tenancy.
c. If the tenancy ends early (for any reason), Moda Living reserves the right to adjust or reclaim any rent concession in line with the terms of the tenancy agreement.

Availability & Withdrawal
a. Offer is subject to availability and confirmation of apartment eligibility.
b. Moda Living may withdraw or amend the offer at any time prior to reservation without prior notice.
Other Terms
a. All other terms and conditions of the Moda Living website and tenancy apply.
b. This offer does not include utilities, parking, or charges beyond base rent unless expressly stated.
c. Full tenancy terms will be provided at reservation and set out within the tenancy agreement.
