We give you the flexibility to choose what works best for you. At Moda Holland Park, we have two deposit options:
• Pay a small, non-refundable deposit equal to one week's rent via our deposit alternative scheme.
• Pay a traditional, refundable security deposit, which is protected and equivalent to five weeks' rent.

• Search for your dream apartment to rent in Glasgow on our website.
• Once you've found the one, you can reserve it straight away with a holding commitment of £200, which will be deducted from your first month's rent.
• We'll ask you to fill out your details and a simple referencing form online.
• Once everything is confirmed, our team will be in touch to finalise the arrangements and welcome you to the Holland Park community in Glasgow.
